Since from 6months to I'm having pain in my left testicle.. but there's no redness or swelling... Is this Cancer or any  🙄

Cancer at your age very very unlikely. Don't worry about it. Did u had any injury before.? Get a testicular scan done . Wear scrotum supporting innerwear.
