I would advise you to meet the cardiologist so that you can be evaluated and undergo further investigations such as ECG, ECHO, treadmill test, Trop I test, etc. so that you can be treated accordingly. Your reports are suggestive of inflammation, elevated cholesterol levels(require medications) and elevated protein enzymes. You will require statins, antiplatelet, etc. These steps will help with your cholesterol levels:
- Exercise regularly(Preferably High Intensity Interval Training which would be an effective cardio work out)
- Reduce weight (maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI)
- Avoid
sugar treats, fatty food, oily/ deep fried food items.
- Have food items such as fish(rich in omega 3 fatty acids such as salmon), flax seeds, garlic, foods rich in soluble fiber.
- Eliminate trans fats from your diet
- Limit your consumption of foods high in saturated fats. For example, substitute olive oil for butter
