Hello, i am a 18 yr old soccer player, i have a dark spot on my shin which is tender to touch, no pain while training walking resting, only pains when i touch it , Is it a need to working, should i give some rest or use shin pads and train

Take tab ultracet twice a day after meals for 3 days,tab chymoral forte thrice a day after meals for 5 days.
