Is taxim injection harmful for newborn? What are the side effects...? My baby was given taxim injection for 5days when she was 6day old.the reason behind giving it ws my newborn baby was so sleepy..slept for 8to 9hours at stretch without feeding...m worried if this antibiotic s has any harm ful effects on my baby?

Taxim they may have started due to infection to ur little baby Every medicine have its own side effect but If we have  to give then no need need to think about side effect bcz in that situation life of baby is important for everyone. Generally it doesn't cause cause any major side effect on baby. No need to worry for that.
