Swelling in Scrotum

Male, 25 Yrs. Right side of scrotum has swelled a little. No pain. I can feel by touching the scrotum that my right testicle is hanging far more than the left one. Before some days they used to be beside each other. I am afraid of my current situation. Please help me doctor.

Testicular swelling maybe due to many reasons some of them are hernia,hydrocele,epididymitis, orchitis, varicocele,testicular tumor etc...detailed clinical examination and evaluation is necessary and you may require investigations as well...
