Hi doctor Accidentaly my friend swallow overdose of Tryptomer 10 mg. Now she is normal but feeling some kind of irritation in throat. Please suggest any medication.

How much tablets did she swallow. And if its over dosed dryness of mouth with nasal congestion she might face. Its a irritation in throat that is due to infection or i have to ask more questions about it feel free to consult any doctor on practo thank you
