I am Suffering From disease Which No doctor can Understand I suffer from Constant burping like burp continuously Like 200-300 Burps a Days maybe more And it’s not related to Digestion Because I don’t have any other Issues And My burps are very Louder or they are unable to get out Causing Bile And Like I am Unble to swallow I tried every doctor allopathic Homeopathic Ayurvedic But it didn’t gave me any relief I was Am Smart Kid Who wanted to achieve more but it’s Been 7 Years i am Facing This Issue On And Off But now I have anxiety and depression unable to understand what and why it is Happening with me , supragastric belching

In all probability you are suffering from Aerophagy, the habit of ingesting air in an attempt to get rid of your perceived gas in your stomach by deliberate or forced belching. Try to hold burping forcefully because burping adds more air in the fundus of your stomach, distending it upwards pushing diaphragm and increases your discomfort. Use carminatives like cumin seeds or Simethicon to break gastric air volume in small globules to get mixed in gastric fluid and pass on to duodenum. Dont eat very high protein or fat diet.
