Hi Doc, Is it safe to take supradyn with warfarin, cardace & metXL? (I take 5mg 4times/week& 6mg 3times/week inr=3.1) have had MVR. I read supradyn's composition, it didn't have Vitamin K, so I thought it should be OK. Pls let me know, I'm trying to gain weight (height: 5'1", 33KGs, Marfan Syndrome)

Well yes supradyn doesn't contain vitamin k which is not contraindicated while taking warfarin...its okay if you take...well you can consult a nutritionist for good weight gain diet plan
