Skin color is totally hereditary and no fairness cream can change it.....only if you have become tan over years you can reduce your tanning by applying sunscreen while going in sun and in extreme cases by some DE-tanning therapy...but that wont change much.... Apply sunscreens.... Consult Dermatologist....
