My brother suddenly fainted. He was having neck pain. He moved his neck in circular direction. He came to drink water, had one sip of water and suddenly fell on the floor. He didn't move for 2-3 minutes. We tried to wake him up. After sometime he woke up and he didn't know anything. Can I know what is the reason behind this? Is this because of too much usage of mobile? I have seen similar case in one of my relatives of same age.
