Hi there...since the writing is not clearly legible(especially last two tablets) it would be better if you can send the photo of the drugs constituents directly. 1 Tablet azee500 is an antibiotic, azithromycin, this is for infection. 2 Tablet ranoxyl contains ranitidine, this helps in gastritis. 3 tab levocet contains levicetrizine, this is an antihistamine. Helps reduce secretions in allergies. 4 if it is tab vite a. Then it is a multivitamin. 5. If it is tab famotidine then it helps in gastritis and any reflux disease.
