I am 41 year old female no medical problems no medications BMI within normal limits. Family history of hypothyroidism diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Recent labs normal ekg normal. For 3 days now I have experienced a indescribable sensation that begins in my left arm that travels like a wave up my arm into my chest down my left arm. When reaching my chest it feels like a wrenching down vice grip. My neck will get sore. This resolves after about 30 to 60 seconds.
