Hi sir my name is murugan.daily I am eating three time asusual.eating after ten mint I go to toilet eating food all going outside. 24 hour I feel like lazy.i think my stomach inside too much ....... can u give best medicine for me thank u

Could be GI infection. U should be initiated on antibiotics
