Since 2 days, I have had stomach pain after every meal and also diarhhea 2-3 times a day. The stomach feels warm and bloated. I have a history of IBS. Please help.

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to acute Gastroenteritis. Take tab bifilac 3 times a day before food for 5 days Tab lopamide 2mg twice a day after food for one day. Tab gelusil 3 times a day after food for 5 days
