Have to go to toilet even if I take a sip of water or any liquid..not able to digest any thing!!please suggest me any good cure..I am nearly broken now,it's just Killin me

hydrate yourself with plenty of water,juices etc...consult nearest clinic soon for specific treatment and to prevent future complications
