Stomach flu + extreme back pain.

I got sent home from work for throwing up. Then diarrhea started so bad that if I threw up I pooped to. I went to the dr. They gave me zolfan to help with my stomach hurting. I'm trying to sleep but my lower back above my butt all the way across hurts very bad. If I put my legs straight a pain goes up my spine and I get a headache. Please help me it hurts really bad
