Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
I don't recognise any medicine by name sprafid, it could be sparacid which is a sucralfate preparation from a brand called Dr. Reddy's.
It belongs to a class called ulceroprotective agents. Which is given in conditions like gastritis, peptic ulcer disease etc.
It must be taken on an empty stomach atleast 20 mins before food as per the frequency mentioned by your doctor.
Avoid oily, spicy foods. Avoid tea, coffee and other carbonated beverages.
Have a high protein, low fat, high fiber diet.
Divide your meals into 5 smaller meals so that you are eating something every certain hours.
Best regards.
