Steatohepatitis turning cirrhotic in 78

My mother survived colon cancer and went through 8 cycles of oral chemo one year ago. post chemo CET PT scan revealed nothing but recently she developed fatty liver, diagnosed with steatohepatitis and now it is going cirrhotic with CAP value and Median value of elastography much higher than normal. She lived a life of food prohibition and was absolutely healthy. Why it happened? Will Liv 52 help? If so, what is the dosage. She is 78
