Ii feel ot of discomfort while sitting and walking as if some gas is inside my stomach.I have gall bladder stone.I am diabetic.I always feel like to lie down.

Your pain and discomfort could be due to the gall bladder stones. Please see a Surgeon to determine if you need it to be removed
