Spine fusion due to potts

I am feeling back ache post spine fusion on May 17 this year L1 to S1 i am feeling pain L5 S1 area also i cant walk properly as foot drop in right foot as one pedical screw got bend after first opern on May 11 this year. Also there pain on calf muscles. Please help me out.
