Hi , My cusion brothers have spent +10 hours in letrin ,and even he do not take any drugs or any medicine, Please suggest me I am too worry about his future . He is only 19 years old.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. He should be having a high fiber diet. I'm pretty sure that his diet is a problem. Also he should drink plenty of fluids.
