Speech problem

My mother-in-law can speak perfectly in the morning , but by evening her speech is slured and is unable to eat solids , and when she wakes up the next morning she is fine again and the cycle continues ,no pain or swelling, I have included the results . Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance
