I have diagnosed with space in right knee joint. I can't fold my right knee completely. I can't sit in posture like Indian comod. Please help in this. I'm attaching xray copy here.

hi, did you have a previous injury which was untreated ? Decrease in joint space is not common at 30 yrs. Get a MRI done and see an Orthopedic surgeon
