Hi, from the last 2year, i getting suffering from sore throat and sore eyes. Because of that, i couldn't able to sleep more than 6 hrs a day.In morning, suddenly sleeping getting disturbed because of sore eyes and sore throat.(daily in-take water 4l+ and wearing blu-eye computer glass, even though sore remains same).
