Please help me to understand better multiple le small lymph nodes in the axillary tail bilaterally, small left axillary nodes. Can you please help me with further direction.

Lymph nodes are normally present in the axilla and mammogram picks it up. It's no reason to be concerned about. Better show the film to a radiologist to check if everything else is normal.
