I am 22years.When I scratch or try to touch in groins and thigh area I feel tingling sensation or uneasy in lower body and my belly button area and genital area.I can feel pustakon when I sleep.Sometimes I have muscle twitching also.I am a non smoker and non alcholic.I have done bIood test urine test and sugar everything is normal.I don't have any family history of diabetes any other.But I used to masturbate.What is this problem due and solution?
