I have small tender nodules in my legs, lower back that when touched or moved they feel like they are hard, movable, and cartalidge feeling.. Sensitive to the tough when being massaged. I have had them inside my lower thighs, and now a few in my calf muscle several hundred very tiny like half of a pea.
