Hello,white patches what u have got is an eruption caused due to sun exposure.advice you to use regular sunscreen lotion 20 min before you step out and also cover with gloves while driving.use a sunscreen with spf 30.on white patches apply momate cream twice daily for 15 days.
Health Tips
regular use of sunscreen through out the year on exposed areas.
