Sir, Recently i hit a iron bell unfortunately. I got a small injury. Immediately i went a RMP doctor. He gave me tt injection and ointment. Nowit is healing but i have a small lump near the injury . It is very minor and paining. Do i have to worry. This happened5days before. Pain is not very severe and getting better with rest.

Hello it may be superficial injury but without CT scan nothing can be assured it's better to get CT done when you have following symptoms like vomiting headaches and neck rigidity consult physician or neurophysician for further evaluation and treatment I hope this helps to solve your problem.
