I am attaching reports of my brother. He is having right side pain chest to lower abdomen( from last 15 days ). In one or two days he feels severe pain usually lasting 30 minutes. He is taking udiliv 300 , peptard 20 , livfit since last 4 days. How to quickly treat this symptoms? Do not want a surgery for it. So please advise some medication for it.

Your brother is suffering from acute Cholecystitis and he will require admission and treatment with injectables. Later he will require Gall bladder surgery, which is unavoidable.

He is suffering from acute cholecystitis secondary to cholelithiasis, need to treat conservatively for the timing followed by he needs lap cholecystectomy
