Hi, Trika is not a sleeping pill. It is used to treat anxiety if that is the cause of your sleeplessness. You should not take trika for many days as you get addicted to it. Find out what is the reason for not getting sleep. And remove that disturbing factor. Don't depend on any sleeping pill. Hope this helps
