Sleeping issue

I am having difficulty to be asleep. It's like if I go to bed at 11pm and try very hard to get sleep but I get sleep after 2-3 hours. And I get up very late also next morning around 10:30 to 11:30 AM. I want to fix it.

Before bed rest Pranayam  prayers +stop worries if any + stop or reduce time on mobile+ no sleep in day time
