Hello. I am Rudra Pratap Singh and my age is 15. I am 168cm and 48 kg. I am underweight. I am always a centre of joke due my skinnyness. Please suggest me a deit and some main food items which I must consume to maintain my body. Should I workout ? Please provide me some healthy tips to overcome my skinnyness. Please help me with my weight.

Hi You have to eat small frequent meals . Go for fruits like bananas, jackfruit, mangos shakes 4 to 5 times in a week. Eat soaked dry fruits during the evening time. Have curd 2times in a day. Keep your self hydrated.. Have good source of protein in a diet on regular bases.
