FNAC and biopsy are diagnostic investigations to diagnose apart from clinical examination....these will help in diagnosis not treatment...Treatment generally isn't necessary, but if the lipoma bothers you, is painful or is growing, you may want to have it removed...I would suggest you to consult nearest surgeon they will do the needful.
