Hi, I have shoulder tendinitis, have taken a weeks physiotherapy but still in pain, I would like to consult here on practo, My query is how does this work? Will I get support here on practo or I need to go physically to a physiotherapist?

Make sure that your posture is upright and not stooped as it too tends to narrow the space between the shoulder joints leading to constant pinching of the painful tendon on any movement.
