Hi there I understand your concern... Shortness of breath may be due to gastro esophageal reflux of acid produced...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep...If you lack enough
fiber in your diet, your stool can become stagnate, dry and hard.
Increasing your fiber intake will help promote soft and bulky stool.
Foods that are fiber-rich include beans, fruits, whole grains, beans
and vegetables....in adequate fluid content in your diet can make stools hard and get impacted... Drink plenty of water, coconut water, fruit juice etc...Regular physical activity can stimulate your digestive system,
promoting more frequent bowel movements....good luck.
