Respiratory issues: Asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or other lung conditions. Anemia: Low red blood cell count or hemoglobin levels can cause fatigue and breathlessness. Anxiety or stress: Psychological factors can lead to shortness of breath and fatigue. Thyroid disorders: Both hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism can lead to these symptoms. Other cardiac issues: Even with normal ECG/TMT, other heart-related problems might exist, such as issues with heart rhythm or valves, not detectable through these tests.
Next Steps
Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
