As per your complaint bending and twisting movements can strain our spine or sacroiliac joint. You can use hot fomentation 2-3 times per day. Single knee to chest and bilateral knee to chest in pain free range give you some relief. But it's better to visit your near by qualified physiotherapist for proper assessment and treatment.
