Does any body in your family have similar symptoms? Most likely benign essential tremor. If it's very severe it can be treated with beta blocker. Need to rule out thyroid problems.  Also to check bp, heart rate to rule out other underlying condition. All this assuming you don't have other problems like walking difficulty or weakness etc in which case you need to be examined.  Also considering no alcohol or smoking and no drugs.
