For the past 4-5 years,my right hand has been trembling every night when i go to sleep.initialy my fingers used to go numb but recently my complete right hand feels numb when i go to sleep @ night.i got my bp tested but it came out normal.my right hand,neck and lower back are in continuous pain every night.pls help.
