Severe headache

Hello. Blackout and amnesia of the event, followed by severe headache is a serious matter. She may be having a subarachnoid haemorrage, or the blackout can be due to many other reasons.

I can understand your concern, its a serious issue and there should be no delay in consulting a doctor preferably a neurologist. it could be related to brain and underperfusion of some part of the brain.
suggest you to take her to a hospital near you where you can consult a neurologist . she will require a CT scan also.
