Hello there. I can understand your concern. Who has suggested you to take loperamide capsules? If you are having loose stools, its not wise to take such medicines unless prescribed by a doctor and you are doing self medication. When you have loose stools, as home remedies you can just take electral, lots of water and other fluids. If it still doesnt subside, it will be very harmful if not treated soon. Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management. Untreated diarrhea can lead to severe dehydration and also blood in stools.
