Patient had an operation of brain tumour around 1&1/2 months ago and today she suddenly started feeling very cold and is also having fever. she took a paracetamol 500mg around 4hrs ago and now again she is feeling very cold, should she again take the same medicine or some other

Hello there. I can understand your concern. It may not be related to the brain surgery at all. You can give the patient tab. Dolo 650 twice a day after food. Drink plenty of fluids.
