Suffering  from severe  cold from the last10-15  days, blocked nose, yellow discharge from the nose Weight is 65 kgs. Lean  body. Height  is  5'10'' Please advise.

Hi take a course of antihistamines along with steam inhalation... Avoid unnecessary exposure to cold and dust... You Wil be fine..
