Hi. Im sorry ur suffering from this problem.. Vit d and b deficiency are rare at ur age... The probable cause might b ur posture, inadequate back exercise causing back muscle strain... I would advise u to an orthopedic opinion to examine ur spine and once ur pain reduces, a exercise routine for ur back. Hope this answers ur query..
