My gum bleeds anytime during the day, dentist had given me some drops to massage on gums which prevents bleeding but when I don't use the drop after 1 week it starts to bleed again. I am overweight and have high bp can it is because of this.

take vit c plenty,like amla,lemon,tablets vit c, treat any gingivitis,sometimes stress,gastritis may aggravate,last use soft tooth brush
