Sensitivity of Penis Glans

I am 28 ,i had circumcision before 9 days.Now the dressing is removed and I am back at work.There is still swelling below the glans area.What's hurting the most is the sensitivity of glans.I am unable to walk.Please suggest ways to reduce sensitivity and may I know for how long the sensitivity may remain.
