Seems, My uncle has lipoma in his body. noticed small fatty figures in hand, near to chest. Consulted with doctor and they are saying, if you have pain , remove it. We can't prevent that. Whom should I contact further ?

Im a general surgeon myself. You need to excise only if its painful. But confirm the diagnosis by FNAC ( FINE NEEDLE ASPIRATION CYTOLOGY )
