Sir... As today my i found some blood in my nose.. And after few minutes..when i coughing i found some blood again same as in my nose...i don knw what to do

Hello, BP to monitor. Locally apply ice pack two three times. Spill cold water or normal water with head backward two three mugs blood stops. Take a earthenpot take jaggery n add water nput a life in morning after brush mix it with the help of two glass n have it it's very good for sudden nasal bleeding.u can take in summer as such or few days. Ok.
