Scrotum squeaking, burning etc.

From the last 2 days, my scrotum is feels like burning, squeaking. I am not even to walk and sleep properly. This might be due to as I applied soap all over my body including scrotum area after returning from office because of covid 19 Pandemic. Please help me. I am getting very much frustrated with this.
